Bring the required original documents and confirm your booking before travelling to collect a trailer.

- Original valid Smart ID card
- Original valid driver’s licence
- Proof of address not older than three months
- Your confirmed booking details
Important booking information
Bookings are essential. We do not offer one-way rentals, so the trailer must be returned to our Hurlyvale collection point by the agreed return time.
Charged per calendar day.
Start of rental day
The standard trailer rental day is calculated from 08:00.
Return time
Return by 08:00 the next morning, or by 17:00 the same day when you are finished.
Collection time
Collecting later in the day does not extend the return time or alter the rental day.

Are bookings required?
Yes. Bookings are essential because trailer availability changes and each trailer must be prepared for the next customer.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
No. All trailers must be returned to 30 Gibson Road, Hurlyvale, Edenvale.
When must the trailer be returned?
The standard rental day ends at 08:00 the following morning. A same-day return by 17:00 can also be arranged.
Can collection time extend the rental period?
No. The rental day is calculated from 08:00 and does not shift based on the actual collection time.
